Time For Some Changes
It’s come to my attention recently that I haven’t been putting nearly enough attention into Arcane Tales. I’ve been doing well to release a new story every other week. I know this, and I’ll have to admit that it’s not entirely accidental. I have found the short-short story format difficult to work with; finding quality horror stories of the appropriate length is harder than you might think. I enjoy doing the recordings, but there’s no way to find enough quality stories to do a podcast every week. It’s recently occurred to me, however, that there’s no reason that the site can’t move beyond that limitation.
I created this site and podcast to share great horror, sci-fi, and mystery stories with you. There are many ways that can be accomplished!
I’m still going to continue to release my recorded short-short audio fiction just like before, but instead of weeks of nothing between episodes, I plan to add new features to the site. There’s a wide world of books, muvies, and other recordings that I can review and discuss, and that’s exactly what I plan to do; expand the range of coverage of horror, sci-fi, and mystery.
